This business has a very rude and nonchalant manager. The Spa tried to short change I and my friend off 3 bundle package coupon(s) we bought on dealdey. The coupons clearly stated that payment was made for the following services 1. a massage therapy 2. wax 3. facial. I bought two coupons, put phone calls thru to the spas phone number for over three weeks, (no response nor returned calls). Two months later (three days to the expiration of my coupons), the Lekki office manger finally picks my calls. On my arrival at the spa, I was very rudely informed that my coupon was only valid for a facial and wax (contrary to what the offer on dealdey and my coupon indicated) and was told that I could only get a wax done because no staff was available to give I and my friend the services we paid for. The coupon was supposed to expire the next day. The CEO refused to pick my calls and asked how I got her phone number. Duh! You publicized your shitty businesses phone number on facebook! The worst customer service I've received in Nigeria in years. will not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!
