I was here over the weekend and I must confess, their service was superb. From the minute I checked to the second I checked out. The staff are very hospitable and friendly. You get everything included in their packages. I was skeptical about their Wifi but I was shocked at how fast it was. The only issue I had was with their shower, it's either hot or cold, not warm. This is a place to go if you want to have the prince/princess feeling.
